How to get to Istanbul?

Take a look at the options below and simply select the one that fits your needs and budget best.

 

Public transport

Bus 96T runs between Atatürk Airport and Taksim. The busstop is located outside the arrivals area. Buses leave around every 40 minutes.
Total travel time: 45-60 minutes (depending on traffic)

 

Airport transfer

There are several companies offering airport transfer to Taksim, we mostly suggest Backpackers Travel Agency‘s airport transfer services. Such VIP services are great if you don’t want to be bothered with looking for a taxi and carrying all the luggages. Just make sure to book your transfer in advance though.

Havas

Havaş is a private airport shuttle service. Their buses leave outside the arrivals area. Buses run every 30 minutes between 04:00 and 01:00.
